You may place an order In store or by calling 715-861-7880.  Online ordering is unavailable until deliveries return to regular schedule.  We welcome you to call us anytime during our business hours (7 days week: 10am-8pm) to place your order/verify desired products are in stock.

We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Service. All orders are shipped from our store in Chippewa Falls, WI.

All orders placed Wednesday - Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

No shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO, Guam or international addresses.

Shipping Rates

Subtotal up to $25.00, shipping = $9.95.

Subtotal of $25 to $49.99, shipping = $14.95.

Subtotal of $50 to $74.99, shipping = $19.95

Subtotal of $75-$99.99, shipping = $24.95

Subtotals over $100 = Custom Charge determined by Delivery Carrier

Shipping Delay

Chippewa Candy Shop is not liable for delay of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes, refusal of package, and incorrect shipping information.


Chippewa Candy Shop's chocolates and gummies may require special handling when the weather is warm where your order is being shipped. Chocolates have the potential to melt at 70 degrees Fahrenheit and our gummies have the potential to melt at 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

You have the option of adding Cold packs ($1.00 each) to be placed in your package. We suggest one cold pack for every 2.5 lbs ordered when shipping May through September.

If you need to ship to a residence and you cannot be home, please leave a note instructing that the package be placed under shade. In the event your package has been sitting in heat, let it "rest" at room temperature for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency. Please keep in mind, shade will not ensure that your product doesn't melt it is just a preventative measure. If possible, try to ship your order to a business address as businesses often receive shipments earlier in the day and someone is onsite.

Refused Orders

Purchaser will be liable for a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charge. If product is lost in returning to our company purchaser is responsible for the full charge.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect Wisconsin Sales Tax from Wisconsin residents of 5.5%.

Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged enroute. If this happens, we request that you call (715) 861-7880.
